What time is check-in?
Check-in starts from 15:00 (3pm). If you arrive earlier, you can store your luggage and use our common areas for free.

What time is check-out?

• Weekdays: Check-out by 10:00 AM

• Weekends: Check-out by 11:00 AM

Can I check in late?
Our reception is open:

• Weekdays: 8 AM – 6 PM

• Weekends: 8 AM – 7 PM

If you arrive after reception hours, please email us in advance to arrange a self-check-in.

Is breakfast included?
No, but we offer a 50 DKK breakfast combo (coffee/tea, fresh croissant, and juice).

Do you have a kitchen?
No, we do not have a guest kitchen. For sanitary reasons, we cannot store outside food. We kindly ask you not to bring your own alcohol, as we have an on-site café/bar.

Do you have luggage storage?
Yes! Luggage storage is available:

• Before check-in: Free

• After check-out: 25 DKK per person (pick up before 11 PM).

Do you have hair dryers?
Yes, you can borrow one from reception.

Can I bring my own alcohol?
No, outside alcohol is not allowed in the hostel. But don’t worry – our bar prices are lower than most places in town! 🍻

Is there an age limit?
Sleep in Heaven is a youth hostel with an age limit of 16–35 years for dormitories. There is no age limit for private rooms.

What is the maximum stay?
We usually allow stays of up to 7 days, but send us an email if you’d like to stay longer.

We booked separately. Can we stay in the same room?
Email us in advance, and we’ll do our best to arrange it – but we can’t guarantee it.

Can I request a bottom bunk?
We understand that some guests prefer bottom bunks. Half our beds are top bunks, but we’ll try to accommodate requests when possible.

Do you offer parking?
No, Sleep in Heaven does not have free parking. All parking in the area is public and must be paid for. We are located in Copenhagen’s blue parking zone.
